All-metal capacitive equipment for use in production of synthetic drugs, other biologically active compounds, as well as when working in conditions of particularly aggressive environments of chemical industry can be made on the basis of developed composite materials with protective coatings of Ta, W, W-Re, Nb, Mo, Zr, Cr, refractory oxides, carbides, nitrides.
Materials possess high resistance to thermal shock loads, their mechanical characteristics significantly exceed the parameters of compositions with enamel and glass enamel coatings
By resistance to corrosion cracking in different aggressive media the developed materials belong to the category of especially resistant ones. The corrosion rate in solutions of hydrochloric, sulphuric and bromic acids at temperatures up to 200°C does not exceed 10...30 mkm/h.
Capacitive equipment made of the developed materials was tested in the production of anapriline, chloracetopirocatechin, chlortrianizene and showed high performance at all stages of synthesis of these drugs.

Special corrosion resistance of apparatus units and technological equipment (filters, agitators, thermocouple covers, shutoff valves), contacting with the reaction medium, is provided by protective coatings obtained by means of high technology.
