Preserving cleanliness class of initial working surfaces of the tool, coatings do not require periodic polishing during operation, which additionally reduces labor intensity and time expenditures during maintenance of equipment for FPP production.
The coating increases service life of press tools (punches and dies) by 4-5 times when pressing allochol (PHF "Darnitsa", Kiev), by 3 times when tableting medilazide, by 2 times when tableting digoxin (OS NIICHTLS, Kharkov), by 2-4 times when tableting activated carbon (Borschagovsky PHF "Darnitsa", Kiev).
