The wear-resistant coating on the edges of the die performs the same functions as on the cutters during impact loads. The coating protects the products from scoring during cutting because even if the coating is worn on the cutting edge, it is preserved for a long time on the adjacent surfaces of the die and punch. Increases durability of the die by 3 and more times.<\/p>\n<p><em>Bending die<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The coating on the bending die reduces the friction of the manufactured part on the die. This reduces friction on the workpiece and eliminates the possibility of burrs and the possibility of the workpiece \"sticking\" to the stamp.<\/p>\n<p><em>Upsetting die, drawing die<\/em> <em>\u0440\u043e\u0437\u0432\u0430\u043b\u044c\u0446\u044e\u0432\u0430\u043b\u044c\u043d\u0438\u0439<\/em>, <em>\u0448\u0442\u0430\u043c\u043f<\/em>
