The coating thickness is 5-50 microns. Microhardness 25000 - 45000MPa. Coefficient of friction - 0,3 to 0,6. Preservation of surface cleanness grade up to (V 10 - 13). Oxidation temperature - up to 900\u00b0C. Low temperature coating processes with good adhesion to the substrate (T\u2264200\u00baC). The coatings have nanolayer structure and may consist of layers based on aluminum, titanium, chromium, zirconium, molybdenum and their compounds with nitrogen, carbon, oxygen in various combinations with thickness ~5-10 nm.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: revert;\">All coatings are of guaranteed high quality<\/span><br \/>\n<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Coated parts are subjected to strict quality control.<\/p>\n<p>All products are certified and comply with specifications.<\/p>\n<p>Avinit coatings are used in series production of sliding bearings for steam turbines of thermal and nuclear power
